If you are a DIY’er then making your own custom lamp can easily be done.  If you don’t want to hassle with it then ask a local lamp store if they offer that service.  Here in Atlanta, my go to custom lamp store is Lamp Arts.  In addition to making custom lamps out of just about anything they also carry a massive assortment of lampshades (from mini to huge), finials, lamp parts, chandelier crystals (which I also use to make jewelry with) and ready to buy lamps.  This store truly is a one-stop has it all lamp store.

Now if you need some inspiration for creating your own custom lamp, check out the pieces I rounded up that will make your world shine a bit brighter and are budget-friendly too!
