Planning For The New Year In Style

I usually wait until October or November to share my favorite calendars for the new year but this year it couldn’t wait.  I wanted to make sure you’ve all seen what I am now claiming as my new favorite-all-time-planner!

Even though I’ve read about this planner on other blogs and I know lots of fellow designers and bloggers are already using it, it wasn’t until I took a serious look at it for myself that I fell in love with it.

The planner I’m talking about is the Whitney English Day Designer.

This planner/calendar has everything you’ll need to keep yourself organized, on-schedule and motivated.

As an admitted paper addict, I struggle with having multiple notebooks, binders and notepads on my desk at one time and using each one for a different purpose.  The Day Designer will solve that problem and allow me to have my calendar, projects list and notes all in one place.  Plus I like the fact that it is easy to drop in my bag and carry with me wherever I go.

Whitney has designed a really amazing product and describes the contents and features like this:

:: Over 350 pages!
:: A yearly calendar overview.
:: A monthly calendar overview.
:: A daily planning page for each day of the week.
:: Daily pages feature a spot for:
// Due – use to remember deadlines, projects.
// Dollars – track sales or remember what your daily financial goals are.
// Dinner – who are you eating with or what are you having? {this just might help me cook more}
// Don’t Forget – a spot for extra reminders.  {Boy do I need this section}
// Daily Gratitude – because gratitude changes thing. {what an easy way to make gratitude a daily practice}
// Download – get it out of your head and onto paper. {I love having one spot to jot down ideas}
:: Combined weekend planning pages.
:: Each day features an inspirational quote!
:: Several deep-digging worksheets to help you focus your actions on your desired outcome!

Isn’t this just a great planner??

The hardest decision you’ll have when buying this fabulous planner is choosing a cover design.  There are so many awesome patterns and color combinations to choose from.
