Hello there my friends! You may have noticed that I’ve been away from the blog for a few days and haven’t shared my spring bedroom refresh yet. Well, sometimes life hands you lemons and sometimes in comes in the form of a nasty cold virus. I’ve been down and out since last Friday and haven’t had the energy to do much of anything, let alone blog. I finally broke down and went to the doctor yesterday (ok, my husband got tired of me coughing, made an appointment for me and took me there himself) and after a few doses of really good medicine I’m feeling a tons better but still not up to speed. I did manage to get out our the house today to run a few errands and finished taking photos of the bedroom re-do so the so the big reveal will be happening tomorrow.

By the way, while I’ve been hold up on the couch, I’ve been flipping through Windsor Smith’s new book, Homefront. If you love design and beautiful spaces, you’ll definitely want to add this to your library.

There are so many wonderful designers in the world today, it’s often hard to create a list of my favorites, without the list being a mile long.

If I was to cull my list down to my top 50 all-time favorite designers, the fabulous Windsor Smith would definitely make the cut!

Established as a UK designer, now living in LA, Windsor’s design esthetic certainly reflects the glamorous side of hollywood, while at the same time being classic, approachable and so very understandable.
