I hope that everyone had a fabulous 4th of July weekend.
The hubby and I had a jammed packed weekend, attending a family reunion in Alabama and I wanted to share a few pics from the weekend with you.
p.s. I can’t even begin to describe how hot it was, but if my drinking 8 bottles of water in a 2 hour span is any indication, then you’ve got an idea.

Friday night started with a fish fry, and ended with hours of dancing and socializing.
DJ Mike did a great job with the music and we only had the police show up once becuase the music was too loud.

Saturday was spent at the lake having an old fashioned BBQ!
The lake was so calm and relaxing.
And, we ended the weekend with a banquet that included a fashion show and talent show. We have some real stars in the family.
The Ike and Tina Turner impersonation was the hit of the evening!
All in all, our 4th of July was great and spending time with family made it grand!
