Have I mentioned how much I love decorating for Christmas? Earlier this year I began scouring Pinterest and Etsy for some Christmas inspiration and boy did I come across some amazing ideas, looks and decorating themes. While I have my Christmas decor all planned out for this year, I couldn’t help but relook my Merry Merry Pinterest board last night just to see if I could get any more excited about the season and maybe find one or two last-minute ideas I could adopt. I took note of a few of my favorites and wanted share them with you. Enjoy!

I love the simplicity of this Christmas tree decor and coordinating gift wrap. So classic and timeless!

I’ve seen more and more white Christmas trees of late and it has me seriously thinking about trying to find a bargain on one after Christmas. I love the way solid colored ornaments just seem to sparkle a bit more against a white tree.

Always a staple in my book, mercury glass is a sure-fire way to add elegance to your holiday decor. I love the shine and shimmer, especially when mixed with natural greens.

Another mercury glass look I love, this time mixed with natural wood and earth tones. Along with the garland framing the wall decor piece, I love the idea of placing my tree in an oversized baskets. Maybe this year???

While this look would be a bit tedious to pull off in a larger area, I am totally smitten with ornament garlands versus traditional green foliage garland. This look would look great over a mirror or even over the top of a bed frame.

I so LOOOOOOVE gift wrap! This look is similar to what I’m planning on doing this year…solid papers and contrasting ribbons!
p.s. when I’ve used this look in the past, I designated one paper color for each family member to help keep the gift organized and eliminate the use of gift tags!

So when I stumbled upon this handcrafted ornament on Etsy it took my breath away. Isn’t this just gorgeous! I love the colors, the layering and the touch of glitter! Just a few of these on a tree would make the look.
Don’t you agree some Christmas looks are awesome?
What’s your favorite and what is your look going to be this Christmas? I’d love to know!

All of the looks are wonderful, but my favorite is the first one. Simple and elegant and so very much my style and colors. Plus, I love the look of the fresh, real tree. It reminds me of my childhood Christmas Eves at my Grandmothers home.
