I spend a lot of time looking at product on-line and one of my favorite sites to visit is Joss and Main. If you are not familiar with Joss and Main, they are a premier members-only site that offers limited-time sales on top brands for your home and life. Each sale is curated with the products that represent the latest design trends and fashion looks and their product mix includes housewares, furniture, rugs, lighting, décor, personal accessories, gifts and lighting. The selection of items is awesome and the prices are even better. Each sale typically last 3 days so when you see an item you love you have to jump on it pretty quick.
Recently I was rounding up some ideas on redecorating a bedroom on the cheap and in looking through the Joss and Main site I found so many value priced pieces, all under $200 that would instantly add a fresh update for the season. Of course I had to share my tips with you so here are 7 Ways to Refresh Your Bedroom for Spring and a few Joss and Main favorites that can help you get the look.
I love the look of a bench at the foot of the bed because they add softness and create a visual layer within the room. You can find lots of bench options on Joss and Main but I love this Abbey Storage bench not only because of the pattern but also because of the storage feature. $135.95
A patterned bench is also a great way to add an accent color to your bedroom and remember when accenting with a pop color make sure it is represented in three places so the color addition feels intentional and not forced.

Painted furniture is a fun way to liven up your bedroom décor for spring. Invest in pieces and colors that can be moved throughout your home–maybe in a guest bedroom part of the year and in your master the other times. The Cranston side table is a nice piece because of its compact size but also because of the drawer and lower shelf which can be used for storage and display space, always an added benefit in a bedroom. $164.95

I love a fun lamp in the bedroom and something bold and graphic like this Regina Table lamp is perfect for a spring bedroom refresh. Lamps with patterns can be used on the night stands in pairs or on a dresser as a single accent. When shopping for bedroom lamps look for styles that aren’t too tall to balance the scale of most bedroom furniture and to make reading in bed more comfortable. $132.95 for a pair

No one loves pillows more than I do {as represented by the 9 accent pillows in my bedroom} and if there was only one accessory I could use to update a bedroom it would be pillows. A simple change-out of one or two solid colored pillows for a couple of fresh spring patterns will add so much impact to your bedroom. My go-to color for spring is yellow and I’m loving the freshness of the yellow Fallon pillow and the patterned Quentin pillow. $35.95 and $45.95

If you’re looking for a fun accent to add to your bedroom for spring, consider a starburst mirror. When placed in a bedroom, over the head of the bed or on an accent wall, a starburst mirror adds a playful and whimsical statement. The Starlight wall mirror is a great investment at $161.95 and is another piece that can be moved throughout the house as you refresh your décor throughout the year.

Adding pattern to your bedroom with a rug is an easy way to energize the space. A classic two-tone pattern will add lots of visual punch and give you the flexibility of changing out accent colors (pillows, accessories, textiles) when you want. The Francesca rug is one of my Joss and Main favorites and will never go out of style. $ 113.00 for a 5’x 8′ size is a fab price.

If you love the sun streaming into your bedroom give it even more impact by hanging a beautiful crystal chandelier in the room. Every room needs something that sparkles and a crystal chandelier is the perfect way to add that element in your bedroom regardless of your design style or color palette. The Antoinette 6-light chandelier stood out to me because of its scale and beautiful details. $192.95

I must admit that I had a hard time getting out of bed this morning (blaming it on the time change and not that I stayed up until 1:00 am) and even though I’m a bit tired, the sun and 70 degree weather has me jolly. Spring is in the air and it’s the perfect time to refresh your décor and the bedroom is the perfect place to start.
