Ok, who out there loves going to holiday parties? I know I do.
When it comes to pulling together an outfit for a Christmas or New Years party there are a few key wardrobe essentials I think should be apart of every outfit.
THE FORMULA FOR A HOLIDAY OUTFIT!
1) A Bold Color! Whenever we go to a party, the majority of women there are wearing black. I get it, black outfits are easy to find, black is flattering and black is easy to accessorize. While I do wear a lot of black, I prefer a bold color when it come to a party outfit.
2) Something That Sparkles! Sequins are a hot fashion trend for the holidays and a sequin skirt is a great way to add that touch of sparkle to your outfit.
3) Jewelry Bling! Statement jewelry is always a must when it comes to dressing for a holiday party. Rhinestones are my holiday pick.
4) A Sexy but Comfortable Shoe! Heels are always in order so I look for shoes that have some type of detail on them like an ankle strap.
5) A Classic Clutch! If you’re wearing a pattern, go with a solid colored clutch. If you outfit is a solid color, use a patterned clutch to jazz up your outfit.
