You all know I love to shop for vintage and antique pieces whenever I get the chance but with a busy work schedule, I don’t get to do it as much as I would like to. Until now that is!
I was recently introduced to an amazing company that makes shopping for all types of items, including #furniture, decorative accessories, #vintage items, #antiques and personal accessories easy any time of the day or night. Everything But The House is a revolutionary online estate and consignment sale company that allows you to shop sales around the country via e-commerce from the comforts of home.
Everything But The House (EBTH) currently presents sales out of 14 cities including Atlanta, Boston, Cincinnati, Dallas and Louisville. Every item available for sale starts at a price of $1.00 and sales last for seven days. There are no reserve prices and when the sale ends, the highest bid wins!
Buying with confidence is not an issue because EBTH showcases photos of every item along with detailed descriptions, measurements and quality features. Items are grouped by sales but can be searched by location (city), category or keyword.
If you’re shopping a sale in your city and win the bid, you can pick the item up from a specified location which saves you lots money or you can have the items shipped to your home for a fee. Shipping fees are outlined for each item so you can view them before you even start bidding.
Guys, I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing EBTH is! I’m a major fan and have found some awesome pieces already. If you’re curious to see the types of items you can score here’s a look …
Saarinen style dining table and chairs…
Bamboo furniture and decor…
Amazing furniture pieces…
Collectible ceramics…
Statement lighting…
If you’re looking for a specific vintage or antique item or are a collector, EBTH is a great source to find the things you love. I have a love for brass decor and won the collection of #brass items below for only $10.00 in a Louisville, KY sale. Just so happens that I have family there so they picked the items up for me, saving me the shipping cost. All you have to do is email EBTH and let them know who will be picking the items up for you.
EBTH is also a great shopping source for designers or diy’ers looking for pieces for a project. Here’s an inspiration board I put together featuring items from EBTH. If you were the winning bidder on these items you would have created this room for $1008.
Brass chandelier–$31 / s/4 Palecek Chairs–$180 / Harden Dining Table–$625
Bamboo Mirror–$16 / Hepplewhite Style Sideboard–$75 / Asian Themed Wall Plaques–$5
Set of Ceramic Lamps–$55 / Collection of Brass Candleholders–$21
EBTH is expanding by leaps and bound and will enter 10 new markets this fall. Although that means more bidders, it also means more great products we’ll be able to buy.
I’ll be back next week to share a few of the pieces I’ve bought from EBTH and show you how I’ve styled them. Until then, I hope you enjoy the long weekend and take some time to check out Everything But The House.
Happy Shopping!
