Here’s hoping the weekend was a good one for you. I’m glad this week has finally come because that means that I’m heading to ADAC tomorrow to see one of my design idols, Sarah Richardson. Excited is an understatement to how I feel about seeing Sarah. I’m hoping that her sidekick, Tommy is a surprise guest because that would make the day even more fabulous.
Anyway, after teaching a couple of design workshops this weekend at a local store, I spent the rest of the weekend at my desk trying to get a jump on the week. I didn’t have much time for fun but I did manage to add a little cheer to my desk thanks to some Washi Tape and a bit of crafting. Boy is that stuff easy to work with and it makes adding a little style to just about anything a breeze. I gave a stack of notepads an update with tape and made a few designer Days-of-the-Week binder clips after making some for an Etsy customer. Pretty things at my desk just make me happy!
