Winter Wonderland

I just wanted to share a bit of our Atlanta Winter Wonderland with everyone. 

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest with snowy winters, so getting snow in Atlanta is a real treat.

Because the  roads were a mess, the hubby and I decided to brave the 29 degree weather, hop on Marta and take a ride into the city.  Here’s a view of the isolated freeway.

And, here’s me all bundled up. Our little adventure into the city required that I pull out some of my cold weather gear, long johns, earmuffs and wood socks.

I may not look cute, but I sure was warm!
