Gift Wrap Inspiration: Buckles and Pins

Popping in this morning to share some Gift Wrap Inspiration with you.

While I love elaborate gift wrap and bows, I’ve recently started buying inexpensive vintage buckles, brooches and hair clips to use as a fun embellishment on gifts I wrap in inexpensive Kraft paper. The addition of some pretty ribbon and a fun bauble can take a simple wrap job for mundane to marvelous!

Design Tip: Instead of purchasing brown Kraft paper in small rolls, head to Home Depot and buy Brown Masking Paper used by painters to cover surfaces….it’s only $2.47 for a 180 ft. roll! You can’t beat that!
