Tapping into my Inner Child

Happy Saturday!

I usually don’t blog about food but last night I experienced something that I haven’t experienced in a long time, which has led to this post.

Last night I heard the music and bells of the neighborhood ice cream truck and treated myself to a popsicle.  It reminded me of when I was a kid and could hear that ice cream truck music from blocks away.  It also reminded me of what a special treat popsicles can be.  So, with all that said, I’ve rounded up some of the best popsicle recipes from Pinterest and encourage you to tap into your inner child and make one, two or all of these this summer.

You pick up an old school popsicle maker here or here!

Oh how I love Summer!

Such a fun post! And of course, you even make post on Popsicles look stylish! Our ice cream truck rolls through the neighborhood on Saturday nights, and I still love the memories it brings! Looking forward to trying some of these grown-up flavors. Yum!

You are braver than I! For some reason I’m highly intimidated by making my own popsicles, but these look scrumptious!! (And sometimes I tap into my inner child without even realizing I’m doing it!) Showing love from SITS!
